Traditional Legal Services

Our Traditional Services follow the conventional adversarial model: each party engages their own independent lawyer, and where agreement cannot be reached, the matter is determined by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. These services are separate and distinct from our collaborative New Way services.
